Lundy Law Donates Thanksgiving Dinners
In the spirit of giving, The Lundy Law Foundation donated Thanksgiving dinners to deserving families this year. For the entire month of November members of the Philadelphia community nominated individuals they felt deserved some help on the Lundy Law website. An overwhelming amount of incredible nominations were received. Every single person nominated had a powerful story of helping others despite facing their own hardships. The Lundy Law Foundation selected four people who we felt embodied the mission of the Lundy Law Foundation. Among them were a man battling leukemia who still finds the time to raise his grandchildren, a woman battling several health issues who still puts others before herself and a single mother who can no longer work due to health issues but still does anything to provide the best life for her daughter. Dinners were provided by Whole Foods. We thank everyone in the community who nominated these amazing people and all of the winners for opening their homes to Lundy Law and sharing their story. We are happy to have been able to make your holiday brighter.
Lundy Law Employees Donate to Shoebox Christmas
This holiday season, St. John Baptist Church is hosting their Shoebox Christmas for families of incarcerated loved ones in their community. They reached out to the community for donations of gifts for children (aged newborn to 17 years old). The Lundy Law team participated and donated shoeboxes filled with gifts wrapped with the specific gender and age range of a child on their box. We’re proud to be able to do our part to help the community.
