Michael J. Soska, Jr. is the Managing Attorney of our Delaware office and an experienced trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on personal injury litigation. He has significant litigation experience, including dozens of bench and jury trials, in the areas of personal injury, commercial trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury, and premises liability. Mr. Soska is involved all aspects of a case, from the drafting of the original lawsuit through its resolution at arbitration, mediation, settlement or trial. His aggressive approach to litigation has resulted in millions of dollars for injured victims.

Mr. Soska graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Temple University James Beasley School of Law.

He is licensed to practice law in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has been granted pro hac vice admissions in Maryland in select cases where his expertise was requested. Mr. Soska has also argued multiple appellate matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Soska regularly volunteers to represent victims of domestic violence on a pro bono basis in the Family Court of the State of Delaware for New Castle County. He was selected to the 2016 through 2020 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list. Mr. Soska was most recently named as a 2019 & 2020 Top Attorney in Suburban Life Magazine. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Soska was honored as a National Trial Lawyers Top 100 (Plaintiff/Civil) in 2023.

Before practicing law, Mr. Soska served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army in the United States and abroad. In his spare time, Mr. Soska enjoys spending time with his family and coaching community youth athletics.
