Biography

Lindsay Dugan is a trial attorney at Lundy Law where she ensures that each matter is handled with both strategic precision and an understanding of the real-life impact legal proceedings can have.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsay Dugan was a litigator at a large international law firm, where she handled complex sexual assault matters. Previously, she was a partner in a private criminal defense practice, and before entering private practice, she served as a prosecutor. Over the course of her career, Lindsay has tried hundreds of cases to verdict, including more than 75 jury trials. Her extensive trial and negotiation experience, coupled with her empathetic understanding of individual circumstances, is fundamental to her approach to representing her clients.

Education

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to trial practice. She received her undergraduate degree from La Salle University, graduating summa cum laude. While at La Salle, Lindsay was inducted into Sigma Tau in recognition of her academic excellence.
