Office Services File Clerk


Lundy Law is seeking a highly motivated, Office Services File Clerk to join our Personal Injury Practice. This position will be responsible for a
variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This position will play an integral part in ensuring that the firm operations run smoothly and
are successful in supporting other business activities. The ideal candidate will be interested in multi-tasking and taking on
additional responsibilities as the firm continues to grow.

We are looking for highly-committed, responsible individuals who are ready to take on a growing and changing role!
Candidate must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, be able to work with minimal guidance, and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.

It is of the utmost importance that the Office Services File Clerk exhibits patience, dependability and excellent organizational skills.

Essential Functions

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including, email, fax, mail, and packages
Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
Screening employees temperatures entering into the suite to mitigate COVID-19 risk
Supporting staff with various administrative tasks
Assisting with hand deliveries which require travel to, but are not limited to: Banks, Attorney offices, courthouses, City Hall, UPS, etc.
Transporting mail from suite to building mailroom at 3pm daily
Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate department
Manage all reception responsibilities when performing reception backup
Coordinating zoom meetings for staff
We anticipate that this position will grow and encompass additional tasks and responsibilities


Proven experience as office services file clerk or in a similar role
Experience in customer service
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Experience in high-volume customer service
Ability to prioritize and schedule day effectively with minimal supervision
Strong time management and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Superior organizational skills


High School Diploma
1-3 years of customer services experience
Previous administrative experience

Job Type

  • This is an immediately available Full Time position: Monday – Friday.
    Preferred hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Negotiable, based on education & experience.  Please send salary requirements.
