We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team.
Our Intake department has a goal of rapidly accepting or rejecting new cases based on the information gathered from the caller.
• Document intake information
• Send out contracts to clients via Doc-u-sign or via Investigator
• May help with opening cases upon return of contract
• Archiving of cases when closed
• Assist with data processing / data entry as applicable to files
• Ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm as helpful to the client
• Enthusiastic and ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to work with multi-line phone system
• Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Office & Needles)
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• 2 Years of prior experience in a similar position, Personal Injury Firm required
• English and Spanish speaking is a plus
