Elderly Pennsylvania Man Dies After Slip and Fall Accident Injuries

An elderly man has died as the result of Slip and Fall Accident Injuries he sustained in an incident that occurred earlier this week. Reports indicate the man fell from the fourth story of a Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, retirement home this past Monday.

According to an article released by NBC 10-Philadelphia, the 93-year-old victim was a resident of the Willow Valley Retirement Community in West Lampeter Township. A staff member of the facility found him at approximately 5:00 a.m. on the ground, just below a window near the victim’s residence. Paramedics were called to the scene, but were unable to revive the man.

Stephen Diamantoni, the Lancaster County Coroner, determined the man had fallen from a window on the fourth floor of the building and had died as a result of injuries he sustained in the fall.

An investigation into the cause of the incident is ongoing.
