Dollar General recalls toy guns for choking hazard.

Parents, please keep an eye out for this potential hazard to your children.

The AP (2/3) reported, “Dollar General Corp. is recalling two toy gun sets because parts designed to distinguish the toys from real guns can detach and pose a choking hazard.” The toys “are sold as Special Forces Weapons and Accessories Set and SWAT Police Play Equipment Set.” The orange tips at the end of the gun barrels are meant to set the toys apart from real guns. The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the tips can be easily removed
