Working as a paralegal for eight years during college and law school, Katie Hemming received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Delaware. She went on to earn her juris doctor from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the ADR Society.
During law school, Ms. Hemming received a certificate of achievement in wills and trusts and spent time studying abroad in Sydney, Australia.
Admitted to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania, Ms. Hemming is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware State Bar Association, where she is a member of the Women and the Law and Young Lawyers sections. She also serves as a coach and judge for the Delaware High School Mock Trial Competition.
Ms. Hemming spent three years working in insurance defense litigation before joining Lundy Law, giving her unique insight into how insurance companies handle personal injury claims. She now focuses her practice in civil litigation in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
