Elmiron Vision Loss
Elmiron, a prescription drug used to treat bladder pain and discomfort caused by interstitial cystitis (also known as IC) has been linked to eye damage. The drug is currently the only FDA approved oral medication to treat bladder pain. Recent studies have found users of Elmiron have experienced vision damage, retinal damage and in severe cases blindness.
