Pennsylvania auto accident, two dead and one injured

WPVI-TV reported a Pennsylvania auto accident during rush hour on Tuesday afternoon on Route 22.
Police were chasing a male driver of his pickup truck who was driving the wrong way on Route 22 during rush hour. He collided with a female driver who was driving a Honda Civic and caused the Pennsylvania auto accident.
The female driver died at the scene of the Pennsylvania auto accident. The male driver was taken to the hospital where he later died. A female passenger in the pickup truck remains in the hospital with critical car accident injuries.
