According to Courier News, a New Jersey medical malpractice lawsuit is in process at the Superior Court.
The New Jersey medical malpractice suit was filed by the family of a 21-year-old man who died in August 2005 hours after having a wisdom tooth pulled.
It is claimed that the dentist and oral surgeon failed to get medical clearance to do the surgery, since the man who died told them he had a medical condition.
The decision of the New Jersey medical malpractice suit has not been made by the judge to determine if the two doctors were negligent or not.

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported the family of an 89-year-old woman filed a Pennsylvania wrongful death suit with the county court on Tuesday.
The 89-year-old woman was found dead on the roof of the hospital in 24 degree weather one morning.
The Pennsylvania wrongful death suit claims the woman went missing from her room at 5:00 PM the night before she was found dead and she went through three sets of doors which should have been locked or alarmed.
Even though the Pennsylvania wrongful death suit was filed by the family, there is an ongoing criminal investigation by police and the district attorney.
