Township lawyer says he wasn’t driving in Pennsylvania pedestrian accident

An investigation is pending in a Pennsylvania pedestrian accident that happened earlier this month that seeks to determine whether or not the township’s lawyer was a passenger in the vehicle or the driver, according to The Morning Call.

The Feb. 2 Pennsylvania car accident happened about 2:45 a.m. and the pedestrian suffered leg injuries. The details of the crash are still being determined by an investigation and police wouldn’t confirm whether or not alcohol was a factor in the auto accident.

Driver on cell phone causes New Jersey car accident

A New Jersey auto accident left a woman seriously injured following a head-on collision with a tractor-trailer, according to the Asbury Park Press.

The tractor-trailer was carrying about 1,000 gallons of gasoline at the time of the car accident. The 22-year-old New Jersey auto accident victim was listed in fair condition at University Hospital several days later.

Police cited driver inattention on the part of the passenger vehicle driver as the cause of the accident. The victim may have been on her cell phone, and suffered a broken hip, broken leg, and internal injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.
